Xin Mei Media's "Perhaps Love" held a press conference at Beijing Xiyuan Hotel on 30th November 2005. Peter Chan attended the event along with his cast, Takeshi Kaneshiro, Zhou Xun, Jacky Cheung & Ji Jin Hee, and producer Andrew Morgan & Tan Hong.
At the press conference, Takeshi said that he had watched "Perhaps Love" himself & really like it, as the movie reflected individuals' views on love. Takeshi said that his greatest regret in "Perhaps Love" is not having the chance to sing a song together with Jacky, but he feels very honoured to be able to perform in the same musical movie with him. During the period of filming, Takeshi, who stayed next to Jacky, always heard him singing. He even laughed at himself for calling out to others to come & record Jacky's singing. Zhou Xun said that the movie was filmed this season last year & hopes that everyone will like this movie. Jacky feels that this movie is not only very touching, the songs & dances are very nice too. In this movie, his singing style is very much different from his usual pop singing, it is more like opera singing. Jacky even discovered his fear of heights, after doing a flying scene in the movie.
