According to reports from the Hong Kong media, Jacky had earlier on announced that he will cease from performing in Snow.Wolf.Lake after the performance at Beijing Capital Stadium on 7th January 2006. Jacky feels very down, while the time approaches towards the last performance of his musical. However, Jacky will start preparing his new album, once he completes Snow.Wolf.Lake.

Regarding his new plans, besides concentrating on his new album, Jacky said that if he wants to make another musical, he will rewrite "Perhaps Love" into one. While filming "Perhaps Love", he had discussed with director Peter Chan, to hand it over to him to make it a musical & he will make some changes, for example, add some songs. However, Jacky said that the earliest he can do another musical is maybe around 2007 or 2008. Jacky still loves performing in musicals.
